We have all experienced difficulties in our lives that often impact our relationships with others whether it is our parents, our children, our spouse or significant other, our friends, siblings, and the list goes on. It is important to move forward in life with self-compassion and the feeling of empowerment to manage life successfully when things get difficult.
As a therapist, it is my goal to help you change your life, and to become the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. Sometimes that requires self-examination and learning that we are all worthy of love and belonging. I am confident that each person has the opportunity to feel fulfilled, empowered, and worthy. I see the counseling relationship as one that can help heal the hurts in you, your family, and/or other relationships that you care about. The therapist-client relationship is a two-way street and requires the work and commitment of both parties in order to forge a lasting change. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
